Clinical Supervisor

Jennifer Parker has been employed at Tara Treatment Center since 1997. 

She obtained her Bachelors in Social Work degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis in 1997.  She helped to start the IOP Program for Tara and worked in the Outpatient Program for 10 years before transitioning to the Program Coordinator at our Women’s Residential Facility. 

Jennifer facilitated direct client care for Tara for almost 20 years. In 2018, she was promoted into the role of Clinical Supervisor and now oversees all clinical programming for both residential facilities and our outpatient program.

She is a Licensed Addictions Counselor, Advanced Certified Relapse Prevention Specialist through Terrance Gorski’s Relapse Prevention School and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.  She is a certified Team Building instructor. She has completed two years of training in Gestalt Therapy at the Indianapolis Gestalt Institute.

Jennifer has been involved with Drug Free Johnson County and in many professional and civic organizations including Johnson County Step Ahead Council.
