Trish Neville has been with Cummins Inc. since 1995 and is also a business owner, managing a number of successful rental properties with her husband. Over the years, she has built a strong foundation of professional and personal experience that she now brings to her role as a board member.

A graduate of Tara Treatment Center in 2016, Trish credits her time in treatment as a turning point that introduced her to recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, and a renewed sense of hope. Since then, she has remained active in the recovery community through regular meetings, sponsorship, and ongoing service to others, continually giving back what was so freely given to her.

Serving on Tara’s Board of Directors is especially meaningful to Trish, as it allows her to stay connected to the place where her journey of recovery began and to help shape its future. She brings both professional experience and lived insight into the journey of recovery, and she is honored to support and advance Tara’s mission.
