Tiffani is a dedicated Director of Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience in addiction treatment. She has a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Throughout her career, Tiffani has been committed to providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care for individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. In her dual role as the Director of Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she combines strong clinical insight with a collaborative leadership style, fostering supportive, team-centered environments that promote both recovery and professional growth.
