**MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC**

###### **Psychiatric NP**

Tiffani is a dedicated Director of Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience in addiction treatment. She has a Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Throughout her career, Tiffani has been committed to providing trauma-informed, patient-centered care for individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. In her dual role as the Director of Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, she combines strong clinical insight with a collaborative leadership style, fostering supportive, team-centered environments that promote both recovery and professional growth.

Known for her compassion, empathy, and steady guidance, Tiffani believes deeply in the possibility of recovery for every individual and feels honored to walk alongside clients and families on their journey toward healing and long-term wellness.
