### **Kayla Tudor**

**MSW, LCSW**

###### **Women's Program Coordinator**

Kayla provides compassionate and clinically informed care to women seeking recovery and is deeply committed to supporting lasting change in the lives of those she serves.

Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana State University in 2015 and her Master of Social Work from the University of Indianapolis in 2022. She has extensive clinical experience working with women in addiction treatment, including leading intensive outpatient groups that address substance use and the emotional challenges that often accompany it.

Her therapeutic style emphasizes empathy, resilience, and meaningful growth. Kayla believes that recovery is not only about achieving sobriety but also about strengthening emotional health, building supportive relationships and empowering individuals to create fulfilling lives.

As Program Coordinator, she provides leadership and guidance to ensure that women receive care that is both compassionate and effective. Her dedication to professional excellence, combined with her passion for helping others achieve their goals, makes her a trusted clinician and an advocate for those on the path to healing.
