Kaleb Lane is a Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CAPRC I), trained in Crisis Intervention, and a Naloxone distributor through Overdose Lifeline. He began his career in recovery support as a Peer Support Specialist in the Emergency Department at Johnson Memorial Health, where he helped guide individuals presenting with substance use issues toward appropriate treatment options.

Kaleb has been an active member of Johnson County’s Overdose Response Team and contributed to the Overdose Fatality Review program, helping to identify gaps in local recovery resources. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Morgan County Substance Abuse Council.

A former client of Tara Treatment Center, Kaleb’s personal experience with addiction and recovery fuels his passion for supporting others on their own journeys. Now five years into recovery, he remains dedicated to walking alongside individuals as they seek healing, hope and lasting freedom from addiction.
