Amber Hoff has been employed at Tara Treatment Center since July 2007.  She previously coordinated Tara’s Outpatient Programs before transitioning into the Women’s Program Counselor position in 2014. In 2018, she stepped into the role of the Women’s Program Coordinator and became the Men's Program Coordinator in 2024.

Amber obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Franklin College, Franklin Indiana. She received recognition as an outstanding Sociology student in 2002. In 2013, Amber received her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Indiana University.

Amber is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and a Licensed Social Worker.
